Mr. Sanjay Mohan has over 35 years of experience and specializes in employment and labour law on behalf of the corporate sector and advises managements on various aspects of labour laws. He has appeared on behalf of the management in the Supreme Court of India, almost all the High Courts in South India and Labour Tribunals. He is also the Vice President of the Association of Employers in South India.
Mr. Krishna Srinivasan has over 25 years of experience and specializes in civil and corporate laws as well as company laws. He has also appeared in the Supreme Court and almost all the High Courts in the country. He also appears before the Customs, Excise & Service Tax Tribunal, Company Law Board, Consumer Forums, Banking Tribunals, Mines Tribunal etc. Apart from litigation work, Mr. Krishna Srinivasan is also engaged in extensive transaction work and has been involved in several leading mergers, acquisitions, amalgamations, etc.
Mr. S. Shivathanu Mohan is a Barrister-at-Law admitted as a Member of the Honorable Society of the Inner Temple, London. He has a Master in Laws (LL.M) from the University of London and a Bachelor in Laws (LL.B) from the College of Law, London. He is also enrolled as an Advocate in the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu. He is a member of the General Council of the Bar of England and Wales, Madras Bar Association and International Bar Association. His areas of practice include Employment/Labour Laws, Service Tax, Corporate Laws, Company Law, Intellectual Property Laws, Arbitration and other forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution, Trade Mark and Patent Laws.
